Can you give a brief description of what your company does and why it is unique in the marketplace?
We provide cost-effective corporate housing nationwide. We are unique because of our focus on delivering high quality services at the lowest possible cost to our customers. We’ve found that Corporate HR managers are consistently shocked by our high touch service with such a low cost.
What do you think is happening to the furnished rental business? Challenges?
Demand for furnished rentals is rising due to a soft housing market and increased demand for rental properties. In turn this drives demand for our corporate housing solutions.
How cost conscious are your clients?
In this economy corporations are highly price sensitive. We’ve been successful because we can offer better service for rates that our competitors cannot match.
What is the optimal experience you want your clients to have?
It’s simple, we want our customers to love working with us and feel great about the value that we provide to their company.
Any future plans or developments for the business?
We’re constantly improving and expanding our business to provide better services for our customers.
